Montgomery Half Marathon
Welcome to the Heart of the South! The Montgomery Half-Marathon presented by Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama and benefitting the Joy to Life Foundation and in support of Hope For The Warriors is quickly becoming one of the premier running events in the south. With a half-marathon, 5K, and kids one-mile run, there's something for everyone! Athletes of all ages and running abilities are welcome to participate in one of our events.
All walkers are highly encouraged to join us as long as you finish within the time limit of 4 hours for the Half Marathon and 1 hour for the Capital City 5K.
The half marathon course takes you on a tour of the city through historic areas, Alabama State University campus, Huntingdon College campus and right past the Capitol while the 5k course runs through beautiful downtown Montgomery! You will enjoy true Southern hospitality so plan to join us on October 2, 2010 for a Big City Race with a Small Town Feel!
