Anne Goldthwaite as Printmaker

Join Curator Margaret Lynne Ausfeld and Assistant Curator of Education Elisabeth Palmer for a gallery-based discussion about the graphic work of native Montgomerian painter and printmaker Anne Goldthwaite. The curators will be discussing Goldthwaite's early training as a maker of fine art prints in the early twentieth century when women were just beginning to join the ranks of professional printmakers. Participants will take a closer look at impressions and subjects produced during her almost 50 year-long-career in Paris, Montgomery, and New York City.
