bridge crossing jubilee - selma
The Bridge Crossing Jubilee marks Bloody Sunday, the first attempt by voting rights marchers to cross the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma only to be turned back by the Alabama State Troopers. The Jubilee events start on Thursday March 5th with a Bridge Crossing reenactment on Sunday March 8th. The following is a working list of events that may change.
